Chris Faildo. His daily routine starts 5 a.m.
breakfast, 12 egg whites and oatmeal mixed
with peanut butter. He trains many clients at
Gold's Gym Honolulu. Takes a break at Hurricane
cafe which he owns. Pre-contest high intense
training session takes 1:30 p.m. with 3 or 4
partners. He loves his dog named sugar bear
and living with his wife Debbie at 37th floor
pent house.
